This is the best tasting yeast flakes that I've ever had! I have been using brewers yeast/nutritional yeast for over 50 years so I've come across a number of products over the years. This is not for me. Tastes like Beer powder. Very Nasty stuff. Going to try Braggs, since I cant get my usual brand anymore which is the Gayelord Hauser Brewers Yeast.This is not for me.
