Amazing things!!
These have literally changed my life! I was lucky to get 3 hours solid sleep. Most nights I’d get maybe 5 hours total sleep. My fiancé’s mum recommended these to me and I’ve now got to the point where I don’t even have to take them anymore. It worked!
I ordered this after having sleeping troubles and trying everything else and nothing working. It arrived yesterday and an hour before bed I took one, after about 30 minutes I felt very relaxed and a bit drowsy. I got into bed and put the TV on prepared to not sleep yet again, well I fell asleep within half an hour and I stayed asleep. Woke up this morning feeling very refreshed!
