It's great for cooking, I use it for salad dressing. It's also great for skin. I used coconut oil from the winter until the late spring. Then I switch to sunflower oil. It's not too thick and mild smell making it suitable to be a carrier oil. The price is also very affordable. I highly recommend this oil.It's great for cooking, I use it for salad dressing. I ordered this product to make spoon butter to oil my wooden cutting boards and spoons. When mixed with filtered pure beeswax it makes a beautiful creamy spoon butter.
