Great product. I use these to make my organic Elderberry syrup and Elderberry infused apple cider vinegar. Both of these are very good for your health. Piping Rock prices are better than other places. My cousin, who lives in North Carolina, tells me she has issues finding them from her suppliers because they are sold out. Great value and quality - love organic
Used 2 cups of these elderberries and made about 2.5 cups of elderberry syrup. Only other ingredients were organic palm sugar and organic lemon juice. Pleasantly surprised....
Admittedly, I was skeptical when I ordered these elderberries. Having always had never an ample crop of elderberries in the neighborhood where I reside, I could not imagine that I could find any substitute when our wild crop failed. Wow! Was I ever surprised! I hydrated them, and made jelly like I had done for years and it was as delicious as ever. And, I didn’t have to wade the weeds and dirt to pick them! Since this is the first time I have ever ordered elderberries, I can't compare it with other elderberries, but I think they are great. I read other reviews regarding elderberries from other companies, and I will have to say that these did not have any white berries in them. The quality looks perfectly fine. I am making our own elderberry syrup. My husband, and our daughters and their families are using it, and everyone is pleased.Since this is the first time I have ever ordered elderberries, I can't compare it with other elderberries, but I think they are great. I read other reviews regarding elderberries from other companies, and I will have to say that these did not have any white berries in them. The quality looks perfectly fine. I am making our own elderberry syrup. My husband, and our daughters and their families are using it, and everyone is pleased.
