Inasmuch as I've known & used lecithin for many years... the growing concern re: SOY being one of the most genetically modified had me concerned... This lecithin is easy to swallow even though it's relatively large... SOOOO pleased that it's NOT GMO... that's what sold me PLUS the good price... Shipment was super fast.
