I like the form of Mg in this pill
I found I am low in Mg by trying different therapies, the chloride form of Mg is easily used by the body. I find taking this internally and making a Mg oil from crystals to apply externally relieves soreness and aches plus I feel much more energetic. Make sure to have a drink of water available, the pill itself is large size but it breaks apart almost immediately in my mouth and easily washes down with water.I found I am low in Mg by trying different therapies, the chloride form of Mg is easily used by the body.
