Direções:

Shake well. Take 1/4 teaspoon (~20 drops) just prior to bedtime. Take directly or add to your favorite beverage.

I have used other melatonin products but like this one the best. It works for sleep and has a great taste. It is nice that you can control the dosage with the dropper since it is liquid. great price and product
