My doctor wanted me to take the vitamin B12 in sublingual form because more is absorbed than taking it in pill form. The price point on these were great so I purchased two bottles. Excellent Product
I have been taking Methylcobalamin B-12 for over a year based on the recommendation of my gastroenterologist who advised this was a superior and more effective product that regular B-12. He advised the body must transform regular B-12 to the methyl form to be absorbed effectively. Piping Rock had this product at a much lower price than what I had been paying, and I have no reason to assume it is not chemically the same as what I was taking.
