Guitar Player needs strong nails
My nails grew back grew back in a week and don't break as much after learning how Gelatin aids in strengthening them. I play guitar daily and this supplement keeps them from breaking. It's not "silikone/silicone/polysiloxane" that is plastic and poisonous.
